View My World Photography Camp is Jamaica’s only summer camp for children 6-17 years old, focused primarily on Photography as an advocacy tool for healthy environmental practices.
Only $23,200 for your child to learn the ins and outs of professional photography, while attending View My World Photography Camp
Students will be served breakfast and lunch daily, access to all professional equipment, including cameras, admittance for all excursions and final day Art Exhibition and Awards Showcase for family and friends (ATL-Audi Showroom), souvenirs, amazing prizes and surprises including computer tablets.
Classes are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Two hours (2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) of aftercare service by Early Childhood and Secondary Education trained specialists is also included.
From July 8-19, 2019, participants will interact with some of the most creative minds globally, to experience the thrill of professional Photography, Computer Animation, Aerial Photography, 3-D Printing, Music Video Production, Social Media Safety plus so much more!

We maintain a sharp balance between academic engagement and play, ensuring that your child not only has the most fun this summer, but learn valuable professional skills in preparation for a remarkable future.
Consistently, students will make strategic visits throughout the Kingston Metropolitan area, photographing good and bad examples of environmental stewardship, guided by the Department of Government, UWI Mona and a team of Photographers, to build position papers and other advocacy projects through art, in pursuit of social reform and policy direction.
Students will also visit Kings House Jamaica for lessons in Afternoon Tea and Etiquette, the Caribbean Maritime University for a tour of its 3-D printing facility and the Official Residence of Her Excellency, the Nigerian High Commissioner to Jamaica, for cultural exchange.
Other activities include Scavenger Hunt, Yoga, Scenery Painting, Jewelry Making, Face Painting, Petting Zoo and Trans-Cultural Storytelling.
Camp season closes with an exciting art exhibition and awards gala, on Friday 23rd August, 2019 at the ATL-Audi Showroom in Kingston.
The event is open to the public and will be attended by students from both phases of camp, members of the diplomatic corps, industry leaders, civil society, parents and extended family; this year, with keynote address from the World Bank’s Country Manager for Jamaica, Latin America and the Caribbean, Galina Sotirova.
The purpose of this exercise is build national dialogue around youth leadership in environmental protection and technological industries, while celebrating their research and artistic work in an atmosphere of charm and conversation, entertainment and delectable cuisine.
Students will receive numerous prizes and surprises, including computer tablets from Cheetah Toys and More, medals, trophies and certificates in categories such as “Best Advocacy Project”, “Most Creative” and “Most Innovative Camper”, along with an opportunity for their work to be featured with appropriate credits, in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information’s approved CHEETAH Books for PEP students.
