Apart from the deals, Aldean is the best thing about brawta living. He should be the one negotiating for the deals because he knows how to give the customers what they want and still put money in the company's pocket. I've dealt with 2 other customer service reps and none can compare to Aldean. He is very pleasant, if you were having a bad day with his calm but jovial voice will change anyones mood. He is so customer centric so much so that once you call with any issue he saves your name to the company's phone in order to address you by your name the next time you call... Who does that!!! @brawta living excutives give him a raise or promotion..... something... Cause he is a real gem to have in any organization
